About

I am a Trainer, PCC and CPCC Coach and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, dedicated to developing daring, impactful Leaders and Teams. The art and science of adult learning are my passion. As a learning & development expert with over 12 years of corporate experience in HR, I support companies and individuals in professional and personal growth.

As a Coach and Facilitator I focus on two areas – Leadership Coaching and workplace culture development, helping my Clients create impact and new daring ways to lead, work and live.

Through my work as an HR Business Partner, I have supported clients in achieving their business goals. My experience and passion within organizational development have helped me successfully deliver several projects in the following fields: HR strategy, Learning and Development, Change Management, Talent & Leadership Development and Company Culture.

In addition to being a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I am an ICF Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and International Coaching Community Coach (ICC).

In my work I combine various methodologies, providing deep learning for my Clients.

And most importantly, I’m a mother, wife, friend, entrepreneur, passionate yogini and a multicultural community member. A Polish national, I have lived and worked in Poland, USA, The Netherlands and now reside in Dublin (since 2020). Having lived in multicultural communities, I ensure a deep cross-cultural awareness throughout all my work.

As well as being proud of my successes, I thank the mistakes and failings, which in their own way have provided wisdom and humility.

Growth and integrity are my core values. My beliefs are rooted in the fact that clarity allows us to fully discover our possibilities.
